About Empowered Choices
Empowered Choices, founded by Anne Goodman in 1998, provides a variety of results-based counselling services. Anne has been practicing as an NLP Master, EFT Practitioner, and Hypnotherapist for the past ten years in Victoria, BC. She specializes in working with people who have had painful or traumatic experiences in the past that are currently limiting them in some way or affecting their ability to live their life to its fullest.
Combining a decade of education and experience with highly effective counselling techniques, Anne has had tremendous success in helping clients resolve issues such as childhood abuse and trauma, addictions, eating disorders and unwanted habits, as well as limiting emotions and beliefs. Anne also works with clients to enhance their career or sports performance and to enrich their relationships, both personal and professional.
Anne’s client base includes individuals of all ages and from all walks of life, and she personalizes each session or series using a specific healing method to obtain the most effective results for her clients. She describes her approach to her clients and these successful counselling techniques as:

In addition to individual counselling sessions, Anne is also available for speaking engagements and customizes her presentations for her audience, including parent/teacher groups, at-risk youth, individuals suffering from addictions, prison inmates, and corporate motivation seminars.
